Mother Nature must be a bike rider, because she made one heck of a nice day for today’s 16th Annual Maine Women’s Ride on June 4 in Freeport. There were blue skies, coastal views, and riders of all ages. Oh yes, and a few memorable hills. This is one of my favorite events of the year on account of all the incredible camaraderie on the course – not to mention the energetic volunteers, the food, the yoga, and the massages. Thanks, Bicycle Coalition of Maine!
